Bruciato

Il tracciato è uno dei sentieri enduro per eccellenza che possiamo trovare nella zona di San Romolo; scelto come prova speciale nelle varie gare di Enduro degli scorsi anni è raggiungibile percorrendo un tratto della traccia dei Cancelletti, ad oggi l'entrata più utilizzata.
Imboccato il sentiero, dopo poche curve ci si ritrova ad un quadrivio dove bisogna mantenere la destra, si percorre il tratto molto scorrevole dei Cancelletti e, svoltando a sinistra, ci si immette nel sentiero del Bruciato. La prima sezione ha una serie di curve molto divertenti con una serie di tratti brevi e pianeggianti, il secondo tratto è un susseguirsi di tornanti più ripidi, in stile tipicamente ligure, mentre l'ultimo, più pedalato e tecnico, è caratterizzato da rilanci e passaggi su roccia fissa. Verso la fine del sentiero incontreremo due bivi: mantenere sempre la destra ricongiungendosi così alla strada principale che riaccompagnerà al punto d'arrivo del tracciato.

Accesso in auto:
uscita al casello autostradale di Sanremo, prendere la strada provinciale SP56 in direzione di San Romolo.


Description:
The route follows one of the most iconic enduro trails in the San Romolo area; it has been used as a racetrack for several Enduro races in the past years and it can be reached riding a section of the Cancelletti trail, nowadays the most common trail used to access it.
From the start of the track, after a few corners you will find a crossroads: keep right and ride along the flowing section of the Cancelletti trail. Then turn left and you will be onto the initial section of the Bruciato trail. The initial section offers a series of exciting corners alternated with short and flat bits. The following section comprises a series of steeper switchbacks, typical Ligurian style, while the last section, more technical, requires some pedalling when it gets flatter and offers some passages on rock-slab. Approaching the end of the trail, you will come across two junctions: keep right at both and you will soon join the main road that takes you to the end of the route.

Exit the motorway at the tollbooth of Sanremo, take the Provincial road SP56 in the direction of San Romolo.
