Starts with Mosquito flats from the car park, to warm up... then depending on the week day you'd take Van Michael. Van Michael is tough. Ramps and walk the bike portions. When done with Van Michael you arrive to the junction and you can take Dweling Loop. Dweling Loop is smooth and goes up and down allowing for max speed at times going pseudo-flat. Great and enjoyable track.... Takes you back to the junction again and then you can take... THe SOUTH LOOP... South Loop is a feasible black trail. Tough and legs burning but not horribly technical. Ramps up can be done and ramps down are all quite ok. When doing South Loop you ll see there are some tobogans area where downhillers are going up and down etc.
Nov2018, heavy traffic; quite the numbers.... and not everyone ok for one to make a mistake and go back 50 meters on opposite direction... : ( ... Zealots - risk as it appears...
