Itinerary description
An amazing location for mountain biking by the river. A lot trails can be combined in the park. Some of them are not well paved so be sure you have a good equipement and be safe. Beware of Poison Ivy rash! In case you feel you have one, Calamine and antihistamines cremes can be helpful in mild cases. More severe cases or in case of spreading of allergic reaction (numbness in your lips, difficulty breathing), seek professional medical advice. Enjoy your ride :)
