Itinerary description
"Bi-logía" de Castellbó, ja que faltaria la pujada a Vilamitjana i el corriol de baixada per completar la Trilogía , tot i així els dos corriols son espectaculars i val la pena patir les pujades, si be la dificultat tècnica a les baixades no es molt elevada s'ha de tenir en compte el desgast físic de les pujades i l'època de l'any, avui mateix el sol queia implacable.

What a trail! Good choice of way for going uphill and amazing enduro-sections! Quick stop in Solanell (yes there is a little bar!) and down the quick singletrails down to Castellbó. Don't do the little excursion on the gpx trail, that's where the author of this trail went wrong! You can also start the trail in Castellbó, if you're on the campground there anyways!
