Amazing scenery awaits you on this tour from Baños to Patate. The views are impressive, especially if Tungurahua is visible. The road is rather narrow, so watch out, as cars tend to speed. Nevertheless, traffic all in all is not too bad, as it's a secondary road. The elevation gain is quite challenging at some points, but there are always more relaxing phases afterwards. In Patate make sure to try arepas, they are really delicious!
