Itinerary description
2nd attempt on the northern part of the island. Outstanding views, not easy terrain but rewarding to the last meter. Italian artillery bases a must see. Some climbs are in fact brutal. From May onward, have at least 4 litres of water and electrolytes. Church of Holy Mary of Thomas was the best part although demanding and strenuous. One can see the Chora far in the depth of eyesight just by sitting inside the church patio. Absolutely wonderful and full of exhilarating moments
