Itinerary description
First MTB attempt on Astypalea. The island is ideal for mtb, due to its geographic characteristics, vertical landscape and breathtaking views. Also one can tailor rides along the main gravel/rock garden routes. My choice is to maximise distance, one can move along the main fire roads and still be the best of the experience. Adding loops also adds heavily to elevation (some uphill sections are kinda brutal).
