Itinerary description
A tour on the Klodsko valley starting and finishing at the village of Kamieniec.
First part of the journey until the Czech border fairly easy, always by the river Scinawka in local roads with no traffic. After the first few kms we reached marked routes, which take you through some highlights of the region. We stopped in the Sarny castle, which is not in a good shape but has some beautiful art work worth seeing.
The hilly terrain started when turning left after the border. Here's when the mountain bike is needed. The landscape changes as you climb towards the table mountains valley. We took a rest at the Razkow lake already back in Poland (there's even a beach inviting for a swim) and continued through the most picturesque part of the route. Here it's up and down all the way, but not too difficult except for the last bit when climbing back to Kamieniec.
We bypassed Suszyna at the end to avoid the steep climb to that village but now I think it might have been a better option.
Great trip, unexpectedly beautiful.
