Czech Republic, Šumava, Antýgl-Polednik cycling route, to one of the highest viewpoints in the Czech Republic (1,315 m above sea level).
There is an observation tower at the top, which is a Czechoslovak military relic that has been converted for tourist purposes. This time, however, we were unable to take advantage of the renovation. The destroyed forests shown in the photos are the effect of the Kirill hurricane that hit these areas in 2007. On the way, we pass the Javoří Pila peat bogs.
