Descrizione:
Il percorso ha inizio sull'asfaltata che da Chiusola conduce a Case Maddalena e prosegue sulla sterrata utilizzata nella competizione Alta Via Stage Race. Il trail continua in discesa, in direzione Ca’ Menage facendoci immettere nel cosiddetto sentiero dei carrelli che percorriamo fino all’Aia delle Guardie. Una volta imboccato il sentiero CAI 122, si rientra al punto di partenza in località Chiusola.

Accesso in auto:
uscire al casello di Carrodano, proseguire in direzione Levanto su strada statale 566 verso Sesta Godano; da qui seguire le indicazioni per Chiusola.
Description:
The route starts on the asphalt road that links Chiusola to Case Maddalena; from there you can pick up the dirt road, the same used for the Alta Via Stage Race. The route continues along the descent towards Ca’ Menage and takes you onto the trail called Sentiero dei carrelli that you will ride to Aia delle Guardie. Take then trail CAI 122 and return to the starting point in the village of Chiusola.

Access by car:
Exit the motorway at the tollbooth of Carrodano, then continue in the direction of Levanto along the National road 566 towards Sesta Godano, from there follow the directions to Chiusola.
