On your route at the village Pitrofos you can visit the unique Cyclades Olive Museum and enjoy the tour wich lasts about an hour but worth the time! You will have a small but delicius treat with a homemade local tee, a local olive and a homemade cookie. You will learn many things about the qualities of olive oil, the procedure of traditional extraction, and the history of the building. It is better to make a phonecall at +30 6932731776 in order to arange a visit. If you haven't made an apointment make a phonecall and if you are lucky and the owner is upstairs, he is always willing to open it for you.
It is a 400 years old animal powered olive mill which keeps it's original equipment.
