Il percorso inizia in pianura, sull'asfaltata che ci accompagna verso l'entroterra in Località Metta, punto di partenza ufficiale del nostro percorso. Da qui ha inizio la prima salita su sterrata e, dopo 4km, si arriva al Sacro Cuore punto panoramico su Laigueglia. Arrivati a quota 350mt s.l.m. inizia il primo breve single track (500 metri circa) che, dopo la larga sterrata in cresta, ci porta in cima al famoso Panettone da dove si gode di una vista mozzafiato su Alassio, Laigueglia e la Val Marula (Vallata di Andora).
Un susseguirsi di sterrate e single track sopra Laigueglia ci regalano magnifiche visuali su tutta la Baia del Sole, fino a raggiungere il centro storico di Colla Micheri, un caratteristico borgo medievale, dove ci si può fermare per un breve ristoro. Si prosegue per un breve tratto di portage per poi buttarsi in discese in single track molto divertenti che giungono al Castello di Andora dove si affronta un tratto di discesa del sentiero Romano fino a ritornare sul Livello del mare. Dopo aver attraversato il fiume Merula sul ponte Romano, si imbocca la salita in mezzo agli ulivi che porta sino all’abitato di Conna. Da qui un ultimo sforzo, si sale sulla cresta superando una sequenza di ripide ascese. Ora tutta discesa sino a ritornare sul Lungomare di Andora.
Da segnalare, ad Andora, la presenza di un pista per ciclismo molto utile per allenamenti e corsi a giovani ciclisti.

Description:
The route begins pretty flat on an asphalt road that takes you inland to Metta, official start point of the loop. There you will soon find the start of the first climb, a dirt road that in 4 km takes you to Sacro Cuore, a panoramic spot overlooking Laigueglia. At an altitude of 350 m the first single-track begins (about 500 m long) that, after the wide dirt road on the ridge, takes you to the top of the famous Panettone, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Alassio, Laigueglia and Val Marula (Vallata di Andora).
A series of dirt roads and single-tracks high over Laigueglia reward you with magnificent views of the whole Baia del Sole and take you to the old town centre of Colla Micheri, a typical medieval village where you can stop for some quick refreshments. Continue to a short section of portage and then swoop down into exciting downhill single-tracks that reach Castello di Andora. You will ride downhill over a section of a Roman track until you are back to sea level. Use the Roman bridge to go across the river Merula and pick up the climb among olive trees that takes you to the village of Conna. From here, a final effort: climb up to the ridge throughout a sequence of steep ramps. Now it is all downhill until you are back to the Andora seafront.
Worthy of note: at Andora there is a cycling track very useful for training and tuition of young cyclists.
