Itinerary description

Start the route in the Bat Galim neighborhood of Haifa (near Rambam Hospital).
Approaching the seashore on the shortest way and bicycling along a paved path westward.
The road passes by the Institute for Oceanographic Research, followed by ancient hill of Tel Shikmona, on the right the trail curve southward.
Arrive at huge hotels complex and beaches where it forbiden to ride bicycles, especially when the paths are crowded, so take a parallel route, which is a little away from the sea and is an access road to the parking lot.
Close to central train station, pass a bridge over the road and connect to Route 4, which southward to the Sami Ofer Soccer stadium, which has a beautiful statue for world peace.
From there ride north along the road no. 4, northward then after curves eastwards.
Pass by The National Maritime Museum where it can be visit but it can also be watched the great sailing vessels from the outside. There is the remains as memorial of the Israeli Dakar submarine that disappeared during sailing as new from the manfacturer in UK in 1968 and was discovered only in 1999.
Returning to the starting point.
In the recording, I did not stop recording so i was recorded another 7 kilometers of the climb (with the car) to the top of Mount Carmel.
