Itinerary description
The climb was along a gravel road with minimal vehicles. It was a quality climb with great views, but not technical. The down hill was a “single” track that quickly turned into a hodgepodge of tracks going off in every direction. It’s very technical riding because the quality of the trails are very poor. It’s very wet, muddy, and slick. You have to lift your bikes over numerous locked gates. It’s a challenge knowing what is the trail and what is a cow trail leading off in some random direction. If you hit a river, it’s a dead end and you will have to trek back up about a mile and go left, not right, which is what took us to the river. It’s certainly an adventure and we had a great day, but if you are from the US or Canada and expecting an organized system of single track, it’s not that......ha ha ha. Good Times!
