Itinerary description
In 2017 we did our second self-organized mountainbike tour in the Cordillera Blanca region. Starting in Huaraz we this year did a southern loop lasting 21 days. This loop includes a newly explored section up to the Río Marañon.
This first track is our first acclimatisation tour leading up the east valley side over Jancu and Pitec. The uphill is an easy ride using an unpaved quiet road. The downhill section is partly quite technical but a lot of fun.
