Itinerary description
Molat Island
This summer 2011 we (Nino and Robert) were searching for a bicycle tour on a new island that was unknown to us. After we have driven the islands Ugljan, Pasman, Iz, Dugi Otok it shall be Molat now. Why Molat?
Well this specific island is large enough (10km length) for a nice 1/2 day tour, mostly good road conditions and only once per day a car ferry arrive to this island from Zadar town. So you have to spend the night on Molat as well.
At that was the reason to go there! We have organise a tent for two persons, sleeping bags and all other things that are needed for one night.
Regarding the track, you start in the small village Molat and ride to Brgulje and end in a beautiful small harbour called Zapuntel, where we also sleeped directly on the coast.
In Zapuntel you can buy beverages and food, or take place in the Restaurant for dinner.
There are also very nice bays for swimming or relaxing.
At the end it was a 2-day-never-forget-trip for Nino and me.

Da bilo je lijepo, imass priejedlog za sljedecce ljeto?
Zasad idem vašim stazama još mi fali IŽ -što se tiče prijedloga-Dugi Otok staza-Brbinj-Dragove-Božava-Verunić-Veli Rat i svjetionik Veli Rat.Obavezno pogledati plažu Sakarun .Može se u jedan dan ali dva bi bilo idealno recimo prespavati na svjetioniku Veli Rat to je prekrasno mjesto.
