Itinerary description
Best day out of the trip in terms of landscapes, trail level and amazing cave. This route is not possible by scooter, you will need an all terrain bike.
Road Boualapha - cave is fully asphalted. Massive cathedral-like entrance, high cave roof all along. This cave dwarfs Konglor. Paddled way inside for an eerie yet serene experience, all the way to the first rapids.
From Boualapha lots of unpaved and offroad sections, including driving straight through dried up rice paddies and navigating the walls separating them. Village roads, small river crossings, mud pools, passing under a fallen tree, driving through bamboo forest. Cows and buffalo gave faith the area is all mine-free. Incredible karst mountains around us all day long. The day was about 1 hour too long.
