Itinerary description

After a grill the night before and a morning group breakfast where the local Harley Bikers greeted me with a “Hello Monterrey” since we met many of them in the roads the day before, we headed through back roads to the german village of Luckenbach where we stopped at the local country music biker gathering and had a refreshing cold "fully dressed" beer. Then we continued to the Willow Loop where the famous bluebonnet flower fields are located with many tourists visiting. Afterwards we headed to the “german capital” of the Hill Country town of Fredericksburg hometown of admiral Chester Nimitz whom leadership contributed greatly to the World War II success on the sea (the present day nuclear US airplane carrier class are named after him), there we had lunch in the fancy Vaudeville restaurant located in the basement of a Main Street renovated old building. I then rode to San Antonio to meet with Ximena and wife. Final note: the new rider friends leaded by Alejandro and Juan displayed a high level of preparedness to executes a flawless rich twisty and scenic road experience, kudos to them!! Glad to visit yet again, my favorite part of Texas, the GERMAN Hill Country!!
