Itinerary description
I took the opportunity with the very brief spell of good weather over the weekend to take the bike out for a spin over Craigantlet and also used the Croft Hill Climb circuit. The Croft Hill Climb circuit winds up Creighton's Green Road, and was a lot more twisty and cambered negatively than I remembered! I was surprised how much I had to slacken the throttle, but the hedges whistled by my helmet and the sun was shining so I didn't care! Once at the top of Creighton's Green Road, there is a little forest/wood at the top, it comes from out of no-where and is something of an enchanted place that you would think deserves to be in a novel.
