Itinerary description

Ride through the Atacama desert. Fishing bay Cifuncho with a beautiful beach and nice seafood is the start of this ride. Via a dirt road, you go towards highway 1, from where you head north on a coastal road towards El Cobre. Then you ride inland till you reach highway 5, and continue your way to Antofagasta and Iquique. On big parts of this route, you pass the coast with beautiful scenery.

Paseo por el desierto de Atacama. Caleta Cifuncho con su hermosa playa y buena comida es el comienzo de este paseo. Por un camino de tierra se va hacia la ruta 1, desde donde se dirige hacia el norte por la costa hacia El Cobre. Luego se conduce hacia adentro hasta llegar a ruta 5 y continúa su camino hacia Antofagasta e Iquique. En grandes partes de esta ruta se pasa por la costa con hermosas vistas.
