Itinerary description

About 85% bitumen and lots of dirt roads between Mt Crosby and Fernvale. Suit any size adventure bike, In this case it was performed on a GS 1200 R. Near Kholos the access by dirt road is closed, you can continue straight on by dirt road. Make sure you don't enter any private properties near the end though, or veer off on side tracks even if you don't see a "keep out" sign. After Samford the route winds through lots of acreage properties around Mt Samsonvale and Clear Mountain so make sure your bike isn't too loud, or otherwise keep the throttle light. But be careful access to these roads may be closed, in that case it is possible to look for alternatives by Tar road.
