In this stage we will cross into Austria and, traveling along free roads that do not require vignettes, we will reach the beginning of the famous Großglockner Hochalpenstraße that rises above 2,500m and brings us closer to the very tongue of the Großglockner glacier, the highest mountain in the country.
This 48km road, whose toll costs €28/bike, begins in the town of Fusch and ends in Heiligenblut, where we will stay.
