Itinerary description
First day of our Himmelfahrt's Tour 2024 to the Apennine Mountains.
It was a fast ride though Austria and Switzerland crossing the Splügen Pass.
The fastest way to go to Italy. It has been open since May 2nd and there was still a lot of snow (not on the streets).
We stayed for a sleepover at the hotel "Albergo Ristorante Aurora" in Chiavenna, Italy.(https://www.albergoaurora.it/)
We ate "Pizzoccheri", a very delicious meal.
