This is the most demanded and best known tour (of all the Island Hopping) of those made from El Nido. And this means from all over the Philippines. We had a day with quite bad weather, especially in the morning, which was a shame because it prevented us from seeing the turquoise blue colors of some marine corners, which on a sunny day would have been a spectacle. Still the tour was worth it.
We start at Playa del Nido, where all the boats (catamaran type) are.
Our first stop was the 7 Commands Beach, where we snorkelled. The pity is that visibility was very limited in good rain.
The rest of the day we will spend on Miniloc Island, which is where the rest of the visits are. We continue now visiting the Big Lagoon by kayak (you have to pay to rent it). It is a very pleasant route in which you can dive into the water to cool off in this great inlet, called here lake.
After another stop to eat on the same boat (they cook fish and meat and make various salads and fruit) we visit the Secret Lake and the Secret Beach. From here we leave to make the last visit of the day, the Small Lagoon or Small Lake, another paradisiacal hidden corner very, but very suggestive. We decided to do the visit swimming instead of renting the kayak. From here we return to El Nido after a pleasant day visiting this small corner of the Bacuit Archipelago.
In general there are many people in all the places that we stop, since all the tours with the same nomenclature have the same visits and come to be made at more or less the same hours, even so it is worth doing this Island Hopping. Undoubtedly the two strengths of the day are the neighbors Big and Small Lagoon. The rest of the stops are less attractive.
