Itinerary description
As part of our cross Khasab mountains hiking plan, we first travelled to Kumzar village by a speed boat, so this is the recording.
The boat ride was really fast and shaky, so couldnt take clearer and stable pictures.
This terrain, mountains meeting the Sea and the Fjords are to be seen to be believed.
Its quite expensive boat ride but well worth it.

Hi Patrick, this is the trip I always wanted to to to the Kumzar village. May I ask how much did you pay for the visit and how many people were in the group? As far as I know it costs around 1000 AED to go there by speedboat but not sure how big the group can be to split the cost? Thank you

We were 10 persons and we hired the 20 seater boat for drop us on first day to Kumzar and pick us up from Ghub Ali village on next day ( we hiked 2 days with camping).
Both boat rides and hikes are posted on my wikiloc.
For both, pick up and drops we were charged total of Aed 1500 after lot of bargaining.
We shared the cost.
If you try the small boat, usually they quote Aed800 for 1 hour ride up, 1 hour waiting while you explore the village and ride back. Total 3 hours.
But I'm sure you can bargain for better rates.
