could walk along without any help, have good appetite, still cry while finishing eating one
bowl of food, like to make sounds with rocking his bed on the bed. At the age of 25-36
months, he could go to toilet by himself, like to run round along with toys carrying in his
hand when playing outdoor activities, could response when called his name several times.
At the age of 37-Ayears, he could wear socks and shoes on his own, lock himself and cry
in the room when he was angry, could cry all the time when other kids took his toys, and
would not stop until caretaker brought his toy back and put in his hands. At the age of 4-
Syears, would like to take more several paper cups for playing when drinking water every
day, always pick up trash on the ground and line them up or made into a circle. At the age
of 5-years, he did not like to play with others at home. could eat by himself, but could not
brush his teeth, smile all the time at school and raise hand actively to answer questions,
know to say thank you when be helped by others, could count 1-30 and write the numbers
of 1-5, could draw simply circles and triangles. At the age 6years to now, he can go to toilet
on his own, get dress, and eat, can go upstairs and downstairs without help, walk and run
normally, can ride a tricycle. He has strong hands-on skills, can imitate teachers writing
words and remember, can write down "money, happy, small, fresh, yang, wood" etc simple
Chinese words, recognizes red, blue, green color, can write both his Chinese name and
English name, can write numbers of 1-22.
3) Personality, features and hobbies
ZHAO TONG is an active while introverted and timid child, loves colorful toys with
sounds, such as rubber balls and dolls. He also likes to play trash, will hide to cry when
feeling wronged, rarely throw temper, and will calm down fast when get angry, raises hand
actively to answer questions in the class, knows to say thank you when teachers distributed
stuffs to him, will be shy when seeing strangers, has good appetite, the closest person is
caretakers. His language ability is not good enough as his pronunciation is not clear, but
can say simple sentences, for example" the sun is coming out". About counting numbers,
he can count from 1 to 30 independently, and read out the calendar watch by himself.
3. Disease history
Since on admission, he has never suffered any major disease, occasionally he will catch
cold and have pediatric common indigestion, but he will recover quickly after being treated
by the medical staff. For the time being he has not been found to be allergic to any drugs.
