Itinerary description
Followed the trail from an existing post. First time doing so, and am very pleased with how Wikiloc works.
Launch has changed somewhat as the highway has been overlaid and loose asphalt material is now part of launch. Too much gravel and such. Watch the bottom of your boat. Regardless, still a nice place to launch the boat.
Ran into one weed raft that we had to power through, but not too bad. Actually ended up finding a trail marking system in the form of square white reflective tape tacked to trees leading in, and square orange reflective tape leading out. Didn't make it further along the trail as the original, but a neat paddle none the less.
