Itinerary description
Paddled from Avens boat ramp east up South holston lake to the union of the south fork holston river and the middle fork holston River. Paddled up the south fork past Abingdon winery to first rapid. Then back to the ramp. Ate at Bella’s pizza In Abingdon VA. Had the cheese steak pizza. Get it - you will not regret it.
