Itinerary description
Easy paddle around the lake/river. There was a beaver dam at the south end, after which the river appeared to narrow considerably, and we didn't go any further. About 2/3 of the way up the lake there was an unused campsite on the west side with a nice view, where we had lunch. At the north end there was another beaver dam, which was only about 30 or 40 cm high and easy to cross, after which the river meandered and came to narrow rapids that were too shallow to go any further.
