Itinerary description
Beautiful area, but quite busy with ferries and barges, and this was a mid-week paddle. I saw a nice beach before the marina at Karragarra but decided to not cross over as there was a lot of traffic.
Saw many stingrays, few turtles and a dugong!
On the way back there was a strong current between Karragarra and Redland Bay.
There are toilets next to the ramp. With low tide the area is very shallow and the mud is thick and soft.
