Unfortunately, the program has broken the trip to the water in 3 ...
WITHOUT TIME, WITHOUT FLAG: on the centenary of the outbreak of the First World War I chose to sail from the port of Bakar, once famous for La beffa di Buccari, celebrated with patriotic rhetoric by D'Annunzio. The long and lonely nautical trek engaged me from Saturday 12 July to Friday 25 July. The bora and the sirocco blocked me two days in total. The average daily mileage was positive and in two days I traveled 105 km, my small personal record. Krk, Prvc, San Grgorio, Rab, Pag, the sea of Novigrad, the Zrmanja Canyon, the coast, the cliff of Rab, the Gulag of Goli OtoK will no longer be for me simple geographical expressions.
In fact, when I'm at sea, even before I realize it, serenity comes. It takes away the worries - the authentic ones and even the little everyday things without importance that make us lose patience. Thanks to the sea, they all go away from me - away, with the waves. On the seashore there is only the tenacity that was needed to get there and the gratitude of having arrived there. There I learned for the first time in my life to feel at peace, completely focused and relaxed. It's my Zen moment.
CANYON ZRMANJA HAS BEEN CHOSEN AS LOCATION OF THE WESTERN FILM
