Itinerary description
Double Kayak paddling with my buddy, from Pico da Cruz at Rio Tavares beach to Campeche island back and forth with a 6 hour stop at the island. Wind was NW as usual, 6 knots going to the island and at 12 knots upwind on the way back :/
Total paddling time was a little over 2 hours and we took about 1 hour 20 minutes on the way back, needing strong paddling strokes against strong winds and a choppy ocean.
Ilha do Campeche is definitely a must!
Used a Lontras Kayak Orca model.
