Itinerary description
Paddle to scope out Irises(?). Wetlands behind splash pad has plenty. Saw several along waterway.

Barnacles! What the heck? Is this what they mean by saltwater intrusion? Any horse flies?
Yea, that stood out like a sore 👍. The only thing I can figure out is that wind, tide, etc. that bit of driftwood made its way up from around Intracoastal City.
No horse flies or deer flies, but mosquitoes were bothersome.
