Itinerary description
We paddled out to Sea Oat Island (between Keywaydin and Cannon Island) to check out possible campsites for paddlers making the Florida Circumnavigational Paddling Trail. Neat area - it was full moon low tide--Beaver Moon last night....https://tinyurl.com/4kcckp7e
Great paddle, but the wind out of the northeast picked up on the way back (which was northeast across the Bay), so we headed to the northeast into the wind for the shelter of the mangrove channels.
We arrived back just as the tour groups were departing. The guides are doing pretty good business this year. Lots of families with kids. Nice to see.
