Itinerary description
Capri Paddlecraft Park is a Collier County owned and maintained facility with a 50 car parking lot, rest room facilities, picnic shelters and a protected gravel paddlecraft ramp. There's a $4.00 fee for launching - collected by a machine that dispenses time cards.
The route to McIlvane Bay takes us ENE into a dead-end bay that gets very shallow at low tide - almost impassable at extreme low.. At high tide there are creeks at the end to explore. At low tide - not so much - look at the accompanying track.
