Itinerary description
Kayak outing at Long Sault parkway - east side - Starting at Hoople Island. Acces is 7.50$ per person
The Long Sault Parkway is a series of 11 islands that were created from high points of land left after the flooding of the St. Lawrence River during the construction of the Seaway in the 1950's. In fact, several villages once stood where the river now lies, a fascinating story captured at the Lost Villages display on Macdonell Island.

Nice trail. I didn’t realize anyone in this area used this site. Thanks for the upload.
My pleasure, really enjoyed kayaking the parkway, it was my new favorite place this summer, went back quite a few times during this summer
Some of the ramps and parking are presently closed but we’re going to be heading over there this week. Thank you for this map and trail. Love it. Virginia
