Itinerary description
This paddle can be done, via Kayak or SUP.
BEWARE of STRONG Undertows due to large waves breaking on this shoreline.
BEWARE of submerged rocks at the two Gorgona points.
BEWARE of logs and stumps at the Rio Chame river mouth (Malibu surf spot).
Beware of rainstorms which roll in quickly from Cerro Chame.
DANGER: In all Panama Pacific beaches, Stingrays inhabit the shallow low tide flat sand areas. Always shuffle your feet along the bottom to send them away.
