Itinerary description
Oxbow lake
Drove to the the most northern end. Hiked a small trail along the lake until it faded. Hiked back and launched the kayak down the drill pipe launch. Paddled the perimeter looking for access to the Atchafalaya River. Found a large 5'+ dead alligator. All water levels were very low to non existent.
