Another of the areas that we liked the most in Hạ Long Bay was the floating market (Floating House), where we kept seeing buildings placed on the water with the sole purpose of selling. There we will take a beautiful kayak route!
START:
We arrive at one of the many floating houses (Floating House) in Hạ Long Bay and we get close to its dock, at which point our guide, Bingo, tells us that we have some time to enjoy the bay by jumping off the boat, doing kayak or visit the houseboat. We didn't think about it! Swimsuit and enjoy!
DESCRIPTION:
After a jump from the boat platform and a good dip, time to practice kayaking! Through the dock itself we access the kayak and get ready to explore the surroundings of this beautiful area.
We begin our journey counterclockwise, going a little towards the center of the place, and then returning near the shore. The lack of boats made it possible to navigate without problems!
The environment is magical and we get closer to the different rock formations. A unique landscape!
First, we access an inlet in the bay, where we see several cavities, all the result of water erosion on the mountain. We really enjoyed the place!
We don't stop paddling and cross to the other shore. The immensity of the bay makes you feel small! We continue paddling towards said shore, while we enjoy the solitude of the area. Without a doubt, this second moment of kayaking was more special!
Now on the other side, time to approach dry land, always without getting out of the kayak. We visited one more cave and several indentations in the rock. The vegetation is the owner of these mountains!
After a little less than a kilometer of the kayak route, we continue paddling, now towards the dock. We are very close to the boat!
After turning around behind the houseboat, in a few minutes, we arrived at the dock where we began the journey and where we will end the route.
CONCLUSION:
A second chance and a second option to kayak. And much better than the first! More solitude, more cleanliness and a spectacular place! A good rowing trip through Hạ Long Bay while we contemplate the spectacular mountains and caves of this spectacular place!
