Itinerary description

The day starts in the town of Vyšší Brod, where you can still see a beautiful Gothic monastery from the 13th century before the canoe trip begins. Full of impressions of the medieval splendor, you will paddle for 14 km on calmly flowing water without many gears. On the wooded route, Rožmberk Castle rises on a steep slope. It looked so impressive half a century ago. For an extensive viewing of the exhibits of historical furniture and weapons you will have to go inside anyway. At the campsite Rožmberk you will moor.
