Itinerary description
The map only shows the return paddle. The thought was to paddle cross creek and back, which is documented already. I started recording at our turn around at Island Creek to document the additional distance. Put-in and Take-out are the same at Dave Richie Landing (between 397 and 403 Knollwood Dr, Hempstead, NC). The total distance would be just under 6 nm and take 2, 2 ½ hours.
