Itinerary description
Yes! Clam Pass and Bays again. This time in a shallow outgoing tide. We picked Clam Pass because of the wind today since some of the paddle is protected by mangroves. The Pass itself looks like it has moved since our last outing. Lots of birds everywhere, and one raccoon. The trip north was into the wind and current; the trip back was with the wind at our backs―still outgoing tide. We saw one kayaker; he was fishing. Very empty for a Saturday morning in the middle of the season.
