Itinerary description
Caxambas Boat Park a Collier County facility offers access to kaykers for an annual fee of $50 or a one time $4 fee. It is not the most pleasant place to launch due to difficult parking and competition with power boats. However it provides good access to Blind Pass, Cape Romano, South Beach and all of Marco Island Beaches. This paddle entailed heading to Blind Pass. It's name probably comes from the fact that the pass changes directions and you cannot see the other side or Gullivan Bay until half way through.
