Itinerary description
Capri Paddlecraft Park is a Collier County owned and maintained facility with a 50-car parking lot, rest room facilities, picnic shelters and a protected gravel paddlecraft ramp. There's a $4.00 fee for launching - collected by a machine that dispenses time cards.
The trail goes WNW through the Bay past the old road bed and then north through a cut into two bay systems to the north. It's an easy paddle - hard to get lost, but things do all seem to look alike after a while. A simple compass would be enough to get you home.
