Itinerary description
No wind, cool weather in the morning, calm water, incoming tide - it was so nice that we decided to do about 9.5 statute miles of paddling, almost all of it across open water. We started our yearly inventory of the Calusa Blueway markers in Estero Bay. It usually takes us about 6 or 7 trips to catch all the markers (over 50) in the bay. We'll be doing this for the next few Saturdays.
