Itinerary description

High Water paddle
Unloaded at HWY 113 and shuttled up to Strothers Crossing Bridge. Water was rushing across Strothers Crossing road and lapping the bottom the bridge. Launch was very easy but parking for one vehicle was tight but Dan made it work. Water was turbulent and high up into the tree limbs. The main channel was difficult to follow because of the high and wide flow.

You're killing me! So glad to hear you and your Pungo pulled it out. No more a high water paddle virgin.

Scary, exciting, and addictive isn't it.
