Itinerary description

A high water paddle that transpired while the river was at flood stage. 4 people were stopped and asked by two different motorists if we were going to kayak IN THAT river?
The difficulty was immediately presented as we couldn't find and had to hunt for the main channel. This was the main theme and challenge for the trip down river with the exception of the "incident".
Winds, temps and clouds were pretty much perfect all the way down. Stopped 3 times, once under a flooded BBQ shed was kinda neat.
Challenging water conditions and mostly educational for one paddler who learned how to fill a boat super fast with water.

Stopped at Stuthers Bridge and found 2 cars using the flooded road. Proceeded down river for 6 plus hours under difficult navigational scenarios all the very end. Very enjoyable paddle experience and thankful for my fellow paddlers who helped create, "remember that one time.." experience, 10/10 do again.

Disregard the stats for this trip as the battery died prior to completion so the data is skewed and thus inaccurate.

Nice pics. No passing under Strothers Bridge today. Y'all had a very eventful paddle, added extra miles to the trip, saw more of the woods than anticipated, checked the water temp, found a bluff where you could all get out and stretch and awed a few locals.
