Itinerary description
Pleasant paddle for the first half with a couple of blockages from trees and debris. Second section is like paddling in a open sewage. Overall the noise from the roads is very loud and unpleasant. (3.61)

Grew up in that area, strange smells were common. I would have thought the Gibson Island end would be okay. Used to fish there as a kid, could be why I now glow in the dark.
This is definitely the most polluted water I ever paddled in. Pity, because the creek is nice with the trees leaning over it all the way to the big bridge.
