Itinerary description
We spotted a spoonbill and, a little later, a HUGE tarpon! Lots of mullets were jumping everywhere. The rookery was full of anhingas and herons, and the baby birds were all grown up – they wouldn't be there much longer. The lower bay was crowded with paddleboarders, and we followed a group of three down from the Middle Bay to the Clam Pass entrance. Lots of folks in the water and along the banks.
