Itinerary description
An early paddle sliced through the marsh, mist clinging to the water until dawn's first light ignited a fluorescent green across the surface. Beneath, fish darted in sun-dappled clarity.
Hundreds of acres unfurled before us, a living tapestry. Creatures flitted in and out: transient visitors sharing the marsh with permanent residents. Breeding rituals and the constant hunt for food unfolded in this vital ecosystem. We were silent witnesses, cameras documenting the ballet for our memories. Stan's recent drone footage has become a window, allowing others to peer into this hidden world.
Today, with my camera out of commission, the marsh will be revealed through Stan's lens, offering a broader perspective of this irreplaceable sanctuary.
